You will resolve technical issues, communicate with the Turkish-speaking community, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve game experiences and respond to feedback.

Qualifications

• Turkish language fluency required, both spoken and written.
• Proficient English for international collaboration.
• Valid EU passport required to work in Bulgaria.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time Turkish-speaking player support across Supercell's games and portfolio.
• Investigate and resolve technical and account issues with precision.
• Escalate bugs and feature requests to development teams.
• Understand game mechanics, updates, and community trends to offer guidance.
• Participate in team briefings and training sessions to maintain standards.
• Maintain high-quality communication with players and uphold brand voice.
• Collect and analyze player feedback to improve user experience for Turkish market.
