WEBTOON Entertainment is seeking a Trust & Safety/Community Moderation specialist to review escalated reports, conduct fair investigations, and support moderation teams in resolving content issues. The role requires native-level French and German, and experience with helpdesk tools like Zendesk.

You will work with diverse teams to improve policies and reader experience while staying informed on current events impacting content governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 1–2 years experience in trust and safety or community management (UGC moderation).
• Native-level proficiency in French and German.
• Strong experience with Zendesk or similar helpdesk software, Airtable, SharePoint, MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Review and investigate escalated reports and appeals of potential policy violations.
• Conduct objective, thorough investigations into reported content.
• Provide support in resolving issues reported by moderation teams.
• Respond to user inquiries, complaints, feedback, and reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to track and resolve bugs and technical issues.
• Work with stakeholders to refine policies for creator and reader experience.
• Stay up-to-date on current events and assist with policy research and analysis.
