Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is recruiting a French-speaking Content Moderator to help ensure a safe and respectful platform. You will review text, images, and video content against community guidelines and work with a team of moderators.

The role requires native French and good English, strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to community safety. You should be comfortable with potentially sensitive material.

Qualifications

• Native level of French and some fluency in English.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with clear empathetic communication.
• Proactive attitude focused on doing what's right for the community.
• Attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.

Responsabilités

• Screening user-generated content across text, images, videos and audio to ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Content review to verify alignment with established processes, policies and safety standards.
• Monitoring comments and handling user appeals to maintain a positive community environment.
• Collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality moderation services.
• Supporting 24/7 shift rotation to provide continuous platform integrity.
