CMA CGM Inland Services (CCIS) in Marseille invites a motivated intern for the Global Business Process Excellence / Systems team. You will help create clear, engaging training materials and support knowledge management across CCIS systems and processes.

You will collaborate with business teams and international stakeholders to capture operational knowledge, organize documentation, and contribute to digital adoption while aligning with templates and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in change management, learning & development, knowledge management, business administration, digital transformation, information systems or related field.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Experience in documentation, e-learning or visual content creation is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Create clear training materials for CCIS systems and processes (user guides, quick-reference guides, FAQs, presentations).
• Translate system/process information into simple, structured content for users.
• Review and update training materials after system or process changes.
