CMA CGM Group's CMA Ships quality department invites a 6-month internship starting January 2027 to overhaul and simplify the quality management system. You will work with the QSSE team across Marseille, Le Havre and Singapore, reporting to the system manager and collaborating with department heads.

You are pursuing an engineering or business degree with an interest in change management. Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to synthesize complex content are required; English is mandatory,

Qualifications

• You are pursuing a degree from an engineering or business school, with an interest in change management.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 is a plus.
• Professional English is required; French is not required.

Responsabilités

• Overhaul and simplification of documentation: review content and structure to be clearer and more accessible.
• Project management and coordination: organize follow-up with department heads and coordinate the system overhaul.
• Follow-up and reporting: provide regular progress updates and highlight simplification methods.
