CMA CGM Group, through CMA Ships (Performance & Transformation), is offering a 6-month internship starting January 2027 in Marseille to monitor regulatory compliance and roll out a new tracking tool.

You will collaborate with various departments across Marseille, Le Havre and Singapore, contributing to regulatory projects while developing your legal and analytical skills in an international shipping group.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s degree in Law with a focus on maritime or transport regulation.
• Strong ability to interpret regulatory texts with accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and basic analytics.

Responsabilités

• Regulatory compliance assessment across CMA Ships’ activities.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure regulatory needs are addressed.
• Develop and roll out a new compliance tracking tool (Excel-based).
• Prepare regular progress reports and highlight improvements.

YOUR ROLE

You will join the Quality department of CMA Ships (Performance & Transformation ), within a team spread across Marseille, Le Havre and Singapore. In a constantly evolving regulatory context, you will contribute tomonitoringthe Group's regulatory compliance and to rolling out a new tracking tool, working closely with all CMA Ships departments.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Regulatorycomplianceassessment: Youwillassesscompliancewithnewregulationsapplicable to CMA SHIPS'activityacrossalldepartments.

Cross-department coordination : You will liaise with the Group's various departments to ensure regulatory requirements are properlytaken into account.

Tool development and rollout : You will contribute to developing and rolling out a new compliance tracking tool (currently in Excel), including team adoption.

Reporting and project follow-up : You will produce regular progress updates and highlight theameliorationachieved.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Education : You are pursuing aMaster's degree in Law, specializing in maritime or transport regulation. Knowledgeof internationalregulatorymattersisa plus.

Technical skills : You are comfortable with Microsoft Office tools (Excel in particular) and can analyze regulatory texts with rigor.

Languages : Professional Englishrequired; French is notrequired.

Personal qualities : You are rigorous, organized, and comfortable engaging with others: you will collaborate with multiple departments.
