CMA CGM Inland Services (CCIS) in Marseille invites a motivated intern for the Global Business Process Excellence / Systems team. You will help create clear, engaging training materials and support knowledge management across CCIS systems and processes.
You will collaborate with business teams and international stakeholders to capture operational knowledge, organize documentation, and contribute to digital adoption while aligning with templates and quality standards.

As a Training & Knowledge Management Intern, you will join the Global Business Process Excellence / Systems team within CMA CGM Inland Services (CCIS) in Marseille.
In this role, you will support the creation of clear, engaging and sustainable training, communication and knowledge-management materials for CCIS systems and operational processes.
You will work with business teams, system experts and international stakeholders to capture operational knowledge, structure documentation, improve communication and support digital adoption across the CCIS network.
The internship will focus on selected operational systems and priority content agreed with the internship tutor. The position is primarily focused on content creation, communication, coordination and continuous improvement.
