CMA CGM Inland Services (CCIS) in Marseille invites a motivated intern for the Global Business Process Excellence / Systems team. You will help create clear, engaging training materials and support knowledge management across CCIS systems and processes.

You will collaborate with business teams and international stakeholders to capture operational knowledge, organize documentation, and contribute to digital adoption while aligning with templates and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in change management, learning & development, knowledge management, business administration, digital transformation, information systems or related field.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Experience in documentation, e-learning or visual content creation is a plus.

YOUR ROLE

As a Training & Knowledge Management Intern, you will join the Global Business Process Excellence / Systems team within CMA CGM Inland Services (CCIS) in Marseille.

In this role, you will support the creation of clear, engaging and sustainable training, communication and knowledge-management materials for CCIS systems and operational processes.

You will work with business teams, system experts and international stakeholders to capture operational knowledge, structure documentation, improve communication and support digital adoption across the CCIS network.

The internship will focus on selected operational systems and priority content agreed with the internship tutor. The position is primarily focused on content creation, communication, coordination and continuous improvement.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Support the creation of clear and practical training materials for selected CCIS operational systems, including user guides, quick-reference guides, FAQs and presentations.
• Help translate system and process information provided by business teams and subject-matter experts into simple, structured and user-friendly content.
• Review and update existing training materials following system or process changes, under the guidance of the internship tutor and relevant experts.
• Assist in organizing approved documentation within the relevant knowledge repositories, using established templates, terminology and visual standards.
• Support onboarding, communication and knowledge-sharing activities by preparing content for users and key-user communities.
• Help build a global key-user community and prepare its first meetings.
• Collect user feedback and recurring questions to help identify documentation gaps and suggest improvements.
• Where relevant, explore the responsible use of artificial-intelligence tools or new content formats, with validation from the internship tutor and subject-matter experts before publication.
• These responsibilities align with the CCIS objective of embedding knowledge transfer structurally, supporting key-user communities and continuously updating training content as systems evolve.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Education: Currently studying toward a Master's degree in change management communication, learning and development, knowledge management, business administration, digital transformation, information systems, marketing or a related field.
• Languages: strong written/speak English skills
• Technical skills: good knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
• Interest in content creation, digital tools, business processes, knowledge management and user experience.
• Ability to communicate information clearly, organize work carefully and pay attention to detail.
• Curious, proactive and collaborative, with a willingness to learn, receive feedback and work with international stakeholders.
• Any initial experience in documentation, communication, e-learning or visual content creation (not essential).
