The Learning Communication & Innovation Intern will join the Learner Experience Factory (LX Factory) within CMA CGM Group, based in Marseille. You will help design and promote engaging learning experiences, including e-learning, videos, and AI-powered content, while supporting global learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bac+3 to Bac+5 in Communication, Marketing, Digital, or Business.
• Excellent writing and editorial skills.
• Proficient with digital content creation tools and AI for content.

Responsabilités

• Create communication materials: visuals, newsletters, videos, infographics, and campaigns.
• Design editorial content tailored to internal channels.
• Support community management on internal networks and publish posts.
• Promote learning pathways, content, and Learning events.
• Produce content showcasing LX Factory projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with Learning stakeholders across the Group internationally.
• Identify trends in Digital Learning, AI, and learner experience.
• Experiment with generative AI for content creation.
