CMA CGM Group's CMA Ships quality department invites a 6-month internship starting January 2027 to overhaul and simplify the quality management system. You will work with the QSSE team across Marseille, Le Havre and Singapore, reporting to the system manager and collaborating with department heads.

You are pursuing an engineering or business degree with an interest in change management. Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to synthesize complex content are required; English is mandatory,

Qualifications

• You are pursuing a degree from an engineering or business school, with an interest in change management.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 is a plus.
• Professional English is required; French is not required.

YOUR ROLE

You will join the Quality department of CMA Ships (Performance & Organization division), within a team spread across Marseille, Le Havre and Singapore. Alongside the system manager (based in QSSE), you will contribute to overhauling and simplifying the quality management system, in collaboration with all department heads.

As part of your studies, you are looking for a 6-month internship starting January 2027

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Overhaul and simplification of documentation : You will review the content and structure of the quality management system to make it clearer and more accessible to all.

Project management and coordination : You will organize project follow-up and review with the relevant department heads, and coordinate teamwork around the system overhaul.

Follow-up and reporting : You will produce regular progress updates on the overhaul and highlight the simplification methods put in place.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Education : You are pursuing a degree from an engineering or business school, with an interest in change management. Knowledgeof ISO 9001isa plus.

Technical skills : You are comfortable with Microsoft Office tools and can structure,simplifyand clarify complex content.

Languages : Professional Englishrequired; French is notrequired.

Personal qualities : You have a strong ability to synthesize and explain, good interpersonal skills, and can work autonomously while proposing ideas.
