CMA CGM's Learner Experience Factory (LX Factory) in Marseille offers an internship to shape and promote engaging learning experiences. You will help design and deliver communication materials, digital content, and AI-enabled content while engaging with a global network of Learning stakeholders.

The role provides exposure to Learning communication, community engagement, and innovation monitoring in an international setting, reporting to the Head of LX Factory and collaborating with Learning

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bac+3 to Bac+5 in Communication or related field.
• Excellent writing and editorial skills.
• Strong knowledge of digital content creation tools and social media.
• Proficient or interested in generative AI for content.
• Proficient in English with international stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Support promotion and visibility of learning solutions.
• Create communication materials and digital content.
• Manage content for internal channels and community engagement.
• Participate in learning events and showcase innovations.
• Prepare materials for Learning Project Managers.
