Job summary

Blupace Tech is seeking a Trader Support specialist in Paris for a project running from June 1st to November 30th, 2026. The candidate must have over 4 years of experience in Trader support and will be responsible for desktop setup, troubleshooting, and end-user support.

What we’re looking for in a Trader Support Resource

Candidate Required Minimum Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in Trader support is mandatory
• Install, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, monitors, docking stations, and peripherals.
• Deinstall and recover devices during leaver lifecycle and refresh programmes.
• Execute break-fix troubleshooting and hardware replacements.
• Provide onsite floor-walk and TechBar support for end-user issues.
• Manage and update asset inventory and CMDB records.
• Support new joiner device setup and onboarding activities.
• Coordinate device relocation (moves and changes) across sites.
• Perform post-installation checks and ensure user readiness.
• Follow security, compliance, and organisational IT standards.
• Provide progress updates and maintain documentation/reporting.
