Ampstek in Paris is seeking a senior desktop support specialist with 8+ years of experience. You will install, configure and deploy operating systems and standard software on laptops and desktops, and support audio–video conference equipment and meeting room systems (Teams Room, Crestron, Polycom).

Travel to Brussels at least once every three months is required; weekend work (usually Saturday) and occasional overtime are compensated with time off rather than pay.

Qualifications

• More than 8 years of experience in desktop support.
• Competent in computer hardware break fix.
• Proficient in Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experienced with AV conference and meeting room equipment (Teams Room, Crestron, Polycom).
• Experience with Mobile Device Management, VPN, and office networks.

Responsabilités

• Provide desktop support to end users in a corporate environment.
• Install, configure and deploy operating systems and standard software on laptops and desktops.
• Support audio-video conference equipment and meeting room systems (Microsoft Teams Room, Crestron, Polycom).
• Assist with VPN, office network, printers and copiers; provide VIP user support.

Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities) :

• More than 8 years of experience in desktop support Competent in computer hardware break fix.
• Competent in software Windows 11, Microsoft 365, etc. break fix. Perform installation, configuration and deployment of operating systems and standard software on laptops and desktop computers. Audio video conference and meeting room equipment Microsoft Teams Room, Crestron, Polycom support. Experienced exposure on Mobile Device Management support. Other support areas VVIPs, VPN, office network, printers, copiers
• Only French citizen or Europe citizen.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30AM to 5:30PM.
• Beside Paris office, need to travel and able to work in Brussels, Belgium office - at least once every three months lasting between 1 to 2 days.
• Need to work at least 1 weekend (usually on a Saturday) per month in the office(s), and shall be compensated with time-off (no weekend pay).
• Need to work at least 1-2 overtime (after 5:30PM) per month in the office(s), and compensated with time-off (no overtime pay).
