Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Head of TikTok Shop based in France. Take the lead in developing and scaling TikTok Shop strategies for major DTC brands across the DACH region, overseeing operations, performance, and growth in a fully remote setting.

You will collaborate with founders, translate business goals into measurable results, analyze KPIs, and optimize content and campaigns to drive sales.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in e-commerce, influencer marketing, social media, social commerce or related field.
• Solid understanding of TikTok trends, creator ecosystems and audience behaviour.
• Ability to interpret performance metrics and translate data into optimization strategies.
• Develop, implement and refine strategies to achieve measurable commercial outcomes.
• Excellent communication, collaboration with founders and stakeholders.
• Strong instinct for identifying high-performing content and creative assets.
• Proactive, ambitious, results-oriented with ownership mindset.
• Availability to commit to a demanding, growth-focused role in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Own TikTok Shop operations and lead strategic development across DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
• Identify opportunities to increase sales, improve conversion rates, and strengthen brand performance on TikTok Shop.
• Collaborate with founders to define strategic priorities and drive growth initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
• Assess content assets and creative approaches to maximize engagement and commercial impact.
• Stay ahead of TikTok trends, creator strategies and social commerce developments.
• Develop scalable processes, test new approaches, and refine TikTok Shop strategies for sustainable growth.
• Apply insights from creative training to strengthen content performance and campaigns.
