Eneria, filiale du groupe Monnoyeur, recherche un Responsable Méthodes Maintenance pour piloter la mise en œuvre et l’application des plans de maintenance. Vous déterminez les coûts théoriques et assurez le support technique aux équipes sur le terrain.

Le poste exige une formation technique et des compétences en économie des coûts, avec une sensibilité à la sécurité et à l’environnement. Vous évoluerez dans un environnement industriel en Île-de-France.

Qualifications

• 2 années d'enseignement supérieur en domaine technique ou méthodologique.
• Connaissances de base en outils informatiques et systèmes d'information.
• Anglais de base (A2).

Responsabilités

• Élaborer et mettre à disposition les plans de maintenance des équipements.
• Dresser et mettre à jour les listes d'opérations associées.
• Écrire les procédures d'exploitation détaillant les opérations.
• Définir les temps standards et les outils requis.
• Mettre à jour la liste des pièces et des consommables.
• Fournir un support technique aux équipes sur le terrain.
• Suivre les indicateurs de réalisation des plans de maintenance.

Job Description Summary JOB PURPOSE

Based on the objectives set by his/her superiors, the Maintenance Methods Manager is responsible for implementing and ensuring the correct application of maintenance plans. He/she determines the associated maintenance costs.

Significant Activities

• Draw up and make available maintenance plans for serviced equipment
• Create and update lists of operations associated with maintenance plans
• Write operating procedures to detail how operations are to be carried out
• Define standard times for carrying out maintenance operations
• Determine the tools required for maintenance operations
• Update the parts list associated with maintenance operations
• Define and update the list of consumables (oils, greases, fluids, etc.) required for maintenance operations
• Provide technical support to operational teams in the field, as required
• Monitor maintenance plan completion indicators (completion rates, etc.) and propose corrective action where necessary
• Calculate the theoretical costs associated with each maintenance plan
• Draw up maintenance rents, in collaboration with the marketing teams

Professional Knowledge

Diploma(s) and/or experience(s): 2 years' higher education in a technical or methodological field and/or significant experience preferred

• Knowledge professional in the field technical (mechanical, electrical electrical engineering, etc.)
• Professional knowledge of products (range, functions, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of IT tools and information systems
• General knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations
