Job summary

Monnoyeur Group recherche un technicien d’intervention itinérant pour effectuer des interventions de maintenance et de réparation chez les clients, en respectant les procédures et les plannings.

Vous préparez les pièces et outils, effectuez les diagnostics et proposez des solutions, tout en renseignant les documents opérationnels. Le poste implique des déplacements et du travail d’équipe, avec une forte priorité à la sécurité et à la qualité.

Qualifications

• BVac+2/équivalent en maintenance ou mécanique requis.
• Capacité à diagnostiquer et résoudre des pannes, en collaboration avec l’assistance technique.
• Connaissances générales de sécurité et environnement.

Responsibilities

• Réaliser des diagnostics en itinérance et préparer les pièces nécessaires.
• Établir les bons de commande et pièces de rechange et proposer des solutions.
• Réaliser la maintenance préventive et corrective des équipements selon les procédures.
• Réaliser des relevés et rapports d’intervention et assurer la traçabilité.

Sur la base des activités confiées par sa hiérarchie, le(la) technicien(ne) d’intervention réalise des interventions en itinérance et assure les travaux (réparation, maintenance, etc.) des matériels et installations.

Job Description Summary JOB PURPOSE

Based on the activities assigned by his or her superiors, the service technician performs mobileoperations and carries out work (repairs, maintenance, etc.) on equipment and installations.

SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES

• Carry out routine or complex diagnostics in collaboration with assistance technique
• Draw up lists of parts needed to complete the work
• Prepare work (parts, consumables, tools, etc.)
• Recommend repair solutions to customers (replacement, repair, etc.) and formalize the offer, where appropriate, (information, quotation, etc.) with internal and external stakeholders (sales teams, customers, etc.)
• Perform a risk analysis prior to intervention
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment (overhauls, repairs, etc.) based on maintenance plans and operating procedures
• Ensure that equipment is in good working order after intervention
• Understand and use technical documentation (manuals, etc.)
• Perform simple commissioning of equipment
• Determine the qualification of repair orders (billable, warranty, contract, etc.)
• Parameterize and calibrate hardware based on customer application
• Indicate opportunities for additional interventions in the business tool
• Complete the various business documents and tools relating to operations (reports, hours worked, logbooks, etc.)
• Report daily on activities to line management (alerts, tasks carried out, etc.)
• Occasionally provide back-up on another perimeter (geographical, sector, activity, etc.)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE FOR ACTION

• Ensure the quality and timeliness of roaming operations
• Ensure compliance of workstations and tools (vehicle, tools, etc.)
• Know and strictly apply health and safety rules (personal protective equipment, procedures, working alone, etc.)
• Know and strictly apply the rules of the customer's risk prevention plan
• Know and strictly apply environmental rules (sorting, anti-contamination, etc.)
• Know and apply internal and external compliance procedures and rules
• Respect standard times
• Perform on-call duties as required

PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE DIPLOMA(S) AND/OR EXPERIENCE(S)

• Vocational baccalaureate to Bac +2 in maintenance, mechanics or electrical engineering or significant experience preferred

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE(S)

• Technical skill(s) - In-depth professional knowledge in the technical field (mechanical, electrical, electrical engineering, hydraulics, etc.)
• Professional knowledge of products (ranges, functionalities, etc.)
• General knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations
• Basic knowledge of IT tools and information systems
• Intermediate level of English (A2)
