Monnoyeur recherche un technicien pièces de rechange pour participer au développement commercial par la vente et la distribution.Il garantit le traitement des demandes clients (devis, commandes, facturation) et assure le suivi administratif des expéditions et des retours.

Le candidat idéal possède au moins 2 ans d’études techniques ou une expérience équivalente, maîtrise l’anglais (B2) et dispose de compétences en gestion commerciale et en systèmes d’information.

Qualifications

• 2 années d’études supérieures techniques ou expérience équivalente requises.
• Bonne maîtrise de l’anglais (niveau B2) et compréhension des processus commerciaux.
• Connaissance des outils de gestion commerciale et des systèmes d’information.

Responsabilités

• Identifier les pièces de rechange et préparer les devis.
• Passer les commandes et suivre les délais de fourniture.
• Suivre les dossiers administratifs (bon de livraison, facturation).
• Alerter les parties prenantes en cas de non‑réception.
• Transférer les dossiers à la facturation pour clôture.

Dans le cadre des activités confiées par sa hiérarchie, le technicien(ne) pièces de rechange participe au développement commercial par la vente et la distribution de pièces de rechange. Il(Elle) garantit le bon traitement des demandes clients (chiffrage, devis, commande, facturation, etc.).

Job Description Summary JOB PURPOSE

Within the framework of the activities assigned by his/her hierarchical superiors, the spare parts technician participates in commercial development through the sale and distribution of spareparts. He/she ensures that customer requests are properly processed (quotations, estimates, orders, etc.).

Job Description SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES

• Identify manufacturer spare parts using business tools and produce quotations based on requests from internal and external stakeholders (sales teams, customers, etc.) and, if necessary, take part in follow-ups on current offers
• Place orders and monitor spare parts supplies (lead times, delivery, etc.)
• Monitor and control the provisional schedule for the receipt and return of parts and materials (return of parts, offsets, parts under warranty) and report any incidents
• Prepare and follow up administrative files for shipping orders (delivery notes, package markings, customs invoices, etc.)
• Alert internal and external stakeholders in the event of non-receipt of goods
• Forward the administrative file to the billing teams for closure and/or invoicing
• Participate in activity monitoring (files in progress, closed and invoiced, etc.)

• Participate in sales development by managing and tracking orders
• Know and apply the regulations governing your activity (customs, international regulations, etc.)
• Ensure that the pricing strategy defined by line management is applied
• Know and apply internal and external compliance procedures and rules

PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE DIPLOMA(S) AND/OR EXPERIENCE(S)

2 years' higher education in a technical field and/or significant experience preferred
