Eneria, filiale du Groupe Monnoyeur, recherche un technicien itinérant pour réaliser diagnostics, maintenance et réparations sur équipements clients dans le cadre de prestations clé en main. Vous préparerez les pièces et outils, effectuerez les essais et assurerez le reporting des interventions.

Le poste nécessite des compétences en maintenance mécanique/électrique, une autonomie et un sens de l’organisation. Anglais technique souhaité et mobilité fréquente sur le territoire.

Qualifications

• Baccalauréat professionnel à Bac+2 en maintenance, mécanique ou génie électrique ou expérience équivalente.

Responsabilités

• Réaliser diagnostics et interventions chez les clients (maintenance, réparations).
• Préparer les pièces, consommables et outils nécessaires à l’intervention.
• Réaliser l’analyse de risques avant intervention et assurer le suivi technique.
• Reporter quotidiennement les activités et compléter les documents de l’exploitation.
• Identifier des opportunités d'interventions complémentaires et transmettre les informations pertinentes.

Job Description Summary

JOB PURPOSE

Based on the activities assigned by his or her superiors, the service technician performs mobileoperations and carries out work (repairs, maintenance, etc.) on equipment and installations.

SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES

• Carry out routine or complex diagnostics in collaboration with assistance technique
• Draw up lists of parts needed to complete the work
• Prepare work (parts, consumables, tools, etc.)
• Recommend repair solutions to customers (replacement, repair, etc.) and formalize the offer, where appropriate, (information, quotation, etc.) with internal and external stakeholders (sales teams, customers, etc.)
• Perform a risk analysis prior to intervention
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment (overhauls, repairs, etc.) based on maintenance plans and operating procedures
• Ensure that equipment is in good working order after intervention
• Understand and use technical documentation (manuals, etc.)
• Perform simple commissioning of equipment
• Determine the qualification of repair orders (billable, warranty, contract, etc.)
• Parameterize and calibrate hardware based on customer application
• Indicate opportunities for additional interventions in the business tool
• Complete the various business documents and tools relating to operations (reports, hours worked, logbooks, etc.)
• Report daily on activities to line management (alerts, tasks carried out, etc.)
• Occasionally provide back-up on another perimeter (geographical, sector, activity, etc.)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE FOR ACTION

• Ensure the quality and timeliness of roaming operations
• Ensure compliance of workstations and tools (vehicle, tools, etc.)
• Know and strictly apply health and safety rules (personal protective equipment, procedures, working alone, etc.)
• Know and strictly apply the rules of the customer's risk prevention plan
• Know and strictly apply environmental rules (sorting, anti-contamination, etc.)
• Know and apply internal and external compliance procedures and rules
• Respect standard times
• Perform on-call duties as required

PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE DIPLOMA(S) AND/OR EXPERIENCE(S)

Vocational baccalaureate to Bac +2 in maintenance, mechanics or electrical engineering or significant experience preferred

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE(s)

• Technical skill(s) - In-depth professional knowledge in the technical field (mechanical, electrical, electrical engineering, hydraulics, etc.)
• Professional knowledge of products (ranges, functionalities, etc.)
• General knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations
• Basic knowledge of IT tools and information systems
• Intermediate level of English (A2)
