Job summary

Monnoyeur Group recherche un technicien itinérant senior. Vous réaliserez des diagnostics et la maintenance préventive et corrective sur des matériels, en organisant les interventions et en assurant le soutien technique aux équipes opérationnelles.

Vous préparez pièces et outils, effectuez les essais et assurez le reporting des interventions, tout en respectant les procédures et les règles de sécurité. Poste à pourvoir en Île-de-France.

Qualifications

• Diplôme professionnel jusqu’à Bac+2 en maintenance, mécanique ou génie électrique et/ou expérience significative souhaitable.
• Connaissances approfondies du domaine technique (mécanique, électrique, hydraulique).
• Compétences comportementales: analyse, relationnel, rigueur, autonomie, exemplarité, curiosité, adaptabilité, réactivité.

• Support and intervene with operational teams in the event of technical difficulties
• Provide technical justification for warranty claims and pass on information to internal stakeholders (warranty department, etc.)
• Participate in or contribute to the drafting of operating procedures, in collaboration with the product teams
• Transmit technical expertise to internal stakeholders (operational teams, etc.) or external stakeholders (customers, etc.), in collaboration with technical training teams
• Functional management of various service providers on worksites

Intervention

• Carry out routine or complex diagnostics in collaboration with assistance or his hierarchy
• Draw up lists of parts required for the work to be carried out, in order to draw up an estimate if necessary required
• Perform a risk analysis prior to intervention
• Prepare work (parts, consumables, tools, etc.)
• Recommend refurbishment solutions to customers (replacement, repair, etc.) and pass on information to internal stakeholders in order to draw up a quotation if necessary
• Carry out routine and complex preventive and corrective maintenance work on equipment (overhauls, repairs, etc.) based on maintenance plans and operating procedures
• Ensure that equipment is in good working order after intervention
• Carry out functional and performance tests on equipment before and after intervention
• Understand and use technical documentation (manuals, etc.)
• Carry out all equipment commissioning
• Parameterize and calibrate equipment (on-board electronics, etc.) on the basis of customer application
• Confirm or deny the qualification of repair orders (billable, warranty, contract, etc.)
• Indicate opportunities for additional interventions in the business tool
• Complete the various business documents and tools relating to operations (reports, etc.). hours worked, logbooks, etc.)
• Ensure that equipment is in good working order after intervention
• Report daily on activities to line management (alerts, tasks carried out, etc.)
• Occasionally provide back-up on another perimeter (geographical, sector, activity, etc.)

Vocational baccalaureate to Bac +2 in maintenance, mechanics or electrical engineering and/or significant experience desirable
