Bergerat Monnoyeur recherche un technicien d’intervention itinérante pour effectuer des réparations et la maintenance de matériels et installations, en itinérance et sur site, selon les procédures internes et les règles de sécurité.

Vous assurerez des diagnostics, préparerez les pièces et proposerez des solutions de réparation. Une expérience en maintenance et une aisance avec les outils informatiques sont souhaitées pour ce poste en France.

Qualifikationen

• Baccalauréat professionnel à Bac+2 en maintenance, mécanique ou électricité ou expérience équivalente.
• Connaissances en mécanique, électricité, hydraulique ou électrique.
• Bonne maîtrise des règles de sécurité et de l’environnement.

Aufgaben

• Réaliser des diagnostics, en itinérance ou sur site en collaboration avec l’assistance technique.
• Préparer les pièces, consommables et outils nécessaires.
• Proposer des solutions de réparation et établir l’information/Devis avec les interlocuteurs (équipe commerciale, clients).
• Réaliser des analyses de risques avant intervention et assurer la maintenance préventive et corrective des équipements.
• Conduire le démarrage/commissionnement simple des équipements et documenter les interventions.
• Réaliser les documents opérationnels (rapports, heures, etc.) et rendre compte quotidiennement à la hiérarchie.

Sur la base des activités confiées par sa hiérarchie, le(la) technicien(ne) d’intervention réalise des interventions en itinérance et assure les travaux (réparation, maintenance, etc.) des matériels et installations.

Job Description Summary JOB PURPOSE

Based on the activities assigned by his or her superiors, the service technician performs mobileoperations and carries out work (repairs, maintenance, etc.) on equipment and installations.

SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES

• Carry out routine or complex diagnostics in collaboration with assistance technique
• Draw up lists of parts needed to complete the work
• Prepare work (parts, consumables, tools, etc.)
• Recommend repair solutions to customers (replacement, repair, etc.) and formalize the offer, where appropriate, (information, quotation, etc.) with internal and external stakeholders (sales teams, customers, etc.)
• Perform a risk analysis prior to intervention
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment (overhauls, repairs, etc.) based on maintenance plans and operating procedures
• Ensure that equipment is in good working order after intervention
• Understand and use technical documentation (manuals, etc.)
• Perform simple commissioning of equipment
• Determine the qualification of repair orders (billable, warranty, contract, etc.)
• Parameterize and calibrate hardware based on customer application
• Indicate opportunities for additional interventions in the business tool
• Complete the various business documents and tools relating to operations (reports, hours worked, logbooks, etc.)
• Report daily on activities to line management (alerts, tasks carried out, etc.)
• Occasionally provide back-up on another perimeter (geographical, sector, activity, etc.)

• Ensure the quality and timeliness of roaming operations
• Ensure compliance of workstations and tools (vehicle, tools, etc.)
• Know and strictly apply health and safety rules (personal protective equipment, procedures, working alone, etc.)
• Know and strictly apply the rules of the customer's risk prevention plan
• Know and strictly apply environmental rules (sorting, anti-contamination, etc.)
• Know and apply internal and external compliance procedures and rules
• Respect standard times
• Perform on-call duties as required

PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE DIPLOMA(S) AND/OR EXPERIENCE(S)

• Vocational baccalaureate to Bac +2 in maintenance, mechanics or electrical engineering or significant experience preferred

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE(S)

• Technical skill(s) - In-depth professional knowledge in the technical field (mechanical, electrical, electrical engineering, hydraulics, etc.)
• Professional knowledge of products (ranges, functionalities, etc.)
