Monnoyeur Group recherche un technicien d’intervention pour réaliser des interventions itinérantes sur des matériels et installations, effectuer diagnostics et réparations et préparer les pièces et outils nécessaires.

Vous participerez à la maintenance préventive et corrective, travaillerez de manière autonome tout en respectant les règles de sécurité et les procédures clients. Le poste offre des perspectives d’évolution au sein du groupe.

Formación

• Baccalauréat pro à Bac+2 en maintenance, mécanique ou électrotech (ou expérience équivalente)
• Connaissance des produits et des règles de sécurité en milieu industriel
• Anglais technique intermédiaire (A2)

Responsabilidades

• Réaliser des diagnostics, simples ou complexes, en itinérance avec l’assistance technique
• Établir les listes de pièces nécessaires et préparer les travaux
• Préparer le matériel, les pièces et les outils pour chaque intervention
• Recommander des solutions de réparation et formaliser l’offre (infos, devis) avec les parties prenantes
• Réaliser une analyse de risques avant intervention
• Maintenance préventive et corrective sur équipements selon les plans
• Veiller à ce que l’équipement soit opérationnel après l’intervention
• Comprendre et utiliser la documentation technique (manuels, etc.)
• Réaliser des mises en service simples des équipements
• Qualifier les ordres de réparation (facturables, garantie, contrat)
• Paramétrer et calibrer le matériel selon l’application client
• Signaler les opportunités d’interventions complémentaires dans l’outil métier
• Compléter les documents et rapports d’opérations (heures, rapports)
• Rapporter quotidiennement les activités à la hiérarchie
• Possibilité d’assister sur d’autres périmètres en fonction des besoins

Sur la base des activités confiées par sa hiérarchie, le(la) technicien(ne) d’intervention réalise des interventions en itinérance et assure les travaux (réparation, maintenance, etc.) des matériels et installations. Job Description Summary JOB PURPOSE Based on the activities assigned by his or her superiors, the service technician performs mobileoperations and carries out work (repairs, maintenance, etc.) on equipment and installations.

SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES

• Carry out routine or complex diagnostics in collaboration with assistance technique
• Draw up lists of parts needed to complete the work
• Prepare work (parts, consumables, tools, etc.)
• Recommend repair solutions to customers (replacement, repair, etc.) and formalize the offer, where appropriate, (information, quotation, etc.) with internal and external stakeholders (sales teams, customers, etc.)
• Perform a risk analysis prior to intervention
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment (overhauls, repairs, etc.) based on maintenance plans and operating procedures
• Ensure that equipment is in good working order after intervention
• Understand and use technical documentation (manuals, etc.)
• Perform simple commissioning of equipment
• Determine the qualification of repair orders (billable, warranty, contract, etc.)
• Parameterize and calibrate hardware based on customer application
• Indicate opportunities for additional interventions in the business tool
• Complete the various business documents and tools relating to operations (reports, hours worked, logbooks, etc.)
• Report daily on activities to line management (alerts, tasks carried out, etc.)
• Occasionally provide back-up on another perimeter (geographical, sector, activity, etc.)

• Ensure the quality and timeliness of roaming operations
• Ensure compliance of workstations and tools (vehicle, tools, etc.)
• Know and strictly apply health and safety rules (personal protective equipment, procedures, working alone, etc.)
• Know and strictly apply the rules of the customer's risk prevention plan
• Know and strictly apply environmental rules (sorting, anti-contamination, etc.)
• Know and apply internal and external compliance procedures and rules
• Respect standard times
• Perform on-call duties as required

PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE DIPLOMA(S) AND/OR EXPERIENCE(S)

• Vocational baccalaureate to Bac +2 in maintenance, mechanics or electrical engineering or significant experience preferred

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE(S) Technical skill(s)

• In-depth professional knowledge in the technical field (mechanical, electrical, electrical engineering, hydraulics, etc.)
• Professional knowledge of products (ranges, functionalities, etc.)
• General knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations
