Job summary

Qualifications

• Availability to work schedule including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Proficient in the local language, both written and spoken (sign language supported).

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of Apple products, services, and repair processes.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers.
• Diagnose and resolve service issues for Apple hardware and software.
• Collaborate with team leads to address recurring repair problems.
• Educate customers on repairs, products and purchasing options.
• Support customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor.
