Job summary

Qualifications

• Availability to work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Proficient in the local language, both written and spoken (sign language supported).

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service to Apple customers by understanding their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting products and services, and educating customers on relevant ways to buy products.
• Understand and stay up to date on Apple’s products, services, purchase options, and sales processes.
• Support peers by sharing knowledge about Apple’s products and services, and assist in offering ownership opportunities.
• Maintain accuracy and follow guidance; perform other tasks including customer service in other areas of the store.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and learning from others.
