Apple is seeking a Specialist in the Île-de-France region to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will build brand loyalty by understanding customer needs, presenting products, and guiding ownership opportunities while representing Apple's inclusive values.

You will stay up-to-date on Apple products and purchase options, support peers, and contribute to a welcoming, diverse store environment.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a schedule that may include nights, weekends and public holidays in the retail store.
• Proficient in the local language, both written and spoken (sign language supported).
• Knowledge of Apple products and services.
• Personalize solutions based on customer needs and explain them clearly.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and assist multiple customers.
