Eppendorf is seeking a Technical Services Manager to ensure high-quality customer service, support service revenue and drive business growth. The role involves coordinating service activities and collaborating with internal stakeholders, customers and third-party service partners to strengthen the local service organization.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, business administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in service coordination or operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean and Kaizen methodologies helpful.
• Experience with E365 Dynamics and SAP is essential; proficiency in MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate service activities and support the service organisation.
