SaleCycle is seeking a Customer Success Manager to onboard, manage and nurture relationships with Italian clients within a dedicated portfolio, ensuring excellent service delivery and retention. The role is based in Paris with hybrid working.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Italian and English, with strong communication and problem-solving skills, and will collaborate with internal teams to maximise product adoption and value for the Italian market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Account Management or Client Success.
• Native or fluent Italian (written and spoken).
• Fluent English required for cross-team collaboration; French is a plus.
