IFF France seeks a DTS EAME Sub-Regional Lead to guide site technology services, coordinate regional delivery, and engage stakeholders across locations. You will drive service quality, cybersecurity hygiene, and continuous improvement while balancing global standards with local needs.

You will collaborate with regional leaders, Global Service Desk, and vendors to ensure reliable technology services for manufacturing sites, offices, and laboratories in the EAME region.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and coaching across geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of ITSM practices including incident, change, and escalation.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop DTS team across sub-region, ensuring service quality.
• Manage incidents, requests, changes, and backlogs with defined SLAs.
• Coordinate deployments, upgrades, and transitions with stakeholders.
• Drive cybersecurity awareness and compliance with DTS standards.
• Foster continuous improvement and automation across sites.
