Join our team as a Technical Sales Representative for Automation - Benelux!

INOVANCE TECHNOLOGY France is the French subsidiary of the international INOVANCE group, which designs and produces innovative industrial automation solutions dedicated to multiple sectors (machine tools, textiles, food processing, printing, packaging, air compressors, elevators, etc.).

Close to our customers and in order to meet their needs, we are currently based in Bordeaux (Pessac), Rennes, and Lille. Today, we want to continue developing our brand and products through an ambitious project and thanks to a dynamic team.

In this context, we are recruiting a Technical Sales manager for Automation on a permanent contract for the Benelux region.

Your Main Responsibilities

As part of the sales team, your mission is to develop the customer portfolio and revenue in the Benelux region.

  • To achieve this, you will build customer loyalty and participate in negotiations.
  • You will participate in implementing the sales strategy while conducting competitive market intelligence.
  • In parallel, you will carry out prospecting work to schedule on-site visits.
  • Listening to customer needs, you will prepare relevant proposals, present arguments, and conduct customer follow-ups and reminders.
  • You will also represent our company at trade shows and seminars and regularly collaborate with colleagues in Europe and China on multinational projects.

Upon joining the company, an onboarding period is planned to allow you to immerse yourself in our company culture, products, and organization. You will receive training to become autonomous in your role.

Your Assets For Success In This Role
  • Holder of at least a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3), you have at least 2 years of successful experience in a similar position in an innovative industrial environment. You possess strong technical skills in automation, mechanics, or mechatronics, as well as sales skills.
  • Customer-focused, you work with the objective of providing them with quality automation solutions leading to their satisfaction.
  • What will make the difference for this position are your excellent technical skills, your proactive approach, your autonomy, and your sales aptitude.
  • Your interest in our sector and your knowledge of the Benelux market will also be assets.
  • Additionally, fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in Dutch is highly appreciated.
