WeRecruit is seeking a proactive Talent Sourcing & Acquisition specialist to identify and engage top IT freelance talent in Île-de-France. You will review CVs, contact candidates, present opportunities and conduct pre-screening interviews to align with client project requirements.

• Identify and engage top IT freelance talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, databases and professional networks.
• Review and qualify CVs and applications based on client and project requirements.
• Contact candidates, present opportunities and conduct pre-screening interviews.
• Assess experience, technical skills, motivation and availability.

Recruitment Process Management

• Build high-quality shortlists and present the best profiles to internal teams and clients.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience from first contact to placement.
• Maintain regular follow-up and negotiate when required.

Talent Community Development

• Build lasting relationships with freelance IT professionals beyond individual opportunities.
• Explore new sourcing strategies to attract and engage top talent.
• Contribute to the growth and visibility of Asenium's freelance community.
