Asenium Consulting, an international specialist in digital transformation and IT staffing, is seeking a Recruiter to identify and engage top IT freelance talent. You will review CVs, conduct pre-screening, and manage candidate experiences from first contact to placement.

Fluency in English and strong sourcing capabilities are essential, as the role involves international collaboration and working within the Freeland Group. Based in Courbevoie, France, with a commission-based incentive structure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in HR, IT, or related field.
• Strong understanding of the IT sector and IT profiles recruitment experience.
• Fluent English with ability to communicate in an international environment.
• Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or Sourcing, ideally IT/Tech.
• Knowledge of sourcing tools, particularly LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Comfortable conducting interviews, qualifying candidates and managing recruitment processes.

MISSIONS

Talent Sourcing & Acquisition

• Identify and engage top IT freelance talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, databases and professional networks.
• Review and qualify CVs and applications based on client and project requirements.
• Contact candidates, present opportunities and conduct pre-screening interviews.
• Assess experience, technical skills, motivation and availability.

Recruitment Process Management

• Build high-quality shortlists and present the best profiles to internal teams and clients.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience from first contact to placement.
• Maintain regular follow-up and negotiate when required.

Talent Community Development

• Build lasting relationships with freelance IT professionals beyond individual opportunities.
• Explore new sourcing strategies to attract and engage top talent.
• Contribute to the growth and visibility of Asenium's freelance community.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the IT sector and experience recruiting IT profiles.
• Fluent English, with the ability to communicate confidently in an international environment.
• Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or Sourcing, ideally within IT / Tech.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, particularly LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Comfortable conducting interviews, qualifying candidates and managing recruitment processes.
