Jobtailor is seeking a dynamic recruiter in Paris to identify top tech profiles and engage them through personalized outreach. You will conduct initial pre-screening calls to assess cultural and technical fit, ensuring a human and transparent experience for every candidate.

You will also contribute to refining our processes and employer brand while supporting recruitment events, with opportunities for growth in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a Business School or Bachelor’s degree/IEP or Master in HR.
• Interest in the Tech ecosystem and openness to entry-level to experienced candidates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Identify and approach top profiles (PMs, PDs, Heads of Product) on LinkedIn and networks.
• Write personalized outreach messages to capture attention in a competitive market.
• Conduct initial phone pre-screening interviews to assess fit (cultural and technical).
• Provide exemplary follow-up to ensure a human and transparent candidate experience.
• Contribute to improving processes, employer branding and recruitment events.

• Write personalized and original outreach messages to capture attention in a highly competitive market.
• Conduct initial phone pre-screening interviews to assess cultural and technical fit.
• Provide exemplary follow-up with each candidate to ensure a smooth, human and transparent experience.
• Contribute to improving our processes, employer brand, and the organization of our recruitment events.

Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a Business School, Bachelor’s degree, IEP (Institute of Political Studies) or Master’s in HR, with an interest in the Tech ecosystem.
• Open to candidates from entry-level to experienced.
• You are a natural “hunter”: you enjoy persuading, are curious and persistent. You’re comfortable using AI in your daily tasks.
• Your spelling is impeccable and you have excellent interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
• You are autonomous, organized and eager to learn alongside experienced recruiters.
• You have a very good command of English.
