We are seeking a hands-on, autonomous technical recruiter freelancer to own the full recruitment process for Engineering and Product teams, partnering with founders and hiring managers to shape strategy, sourcing, and candidate experience.

You’ll build a strong, data-driven pipeline across multiple sources, advise on compensation benchmarks, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience while

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of experience as a recruiter.
• Experience recruiting for a SaaS or tech company, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to understand hiring managers' needs.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and outbound messaging for high response rates.

Responsabilités

• Full-cycle recruiting for Engineering and Product roles, managing intake with hiring managers and structured interview processes.
• Advise on compensation benchmarking and hiring strategy.
• Build and manage a structured pipeline, fix gaps in the process, analyze TA metrics and reporting, and maintain ATS data cleanliness.
