sunday is seeking a freelance Talent Acquisition Lead to own end-to-end recruitment across markets, from intake calls to offers. You’ll partner with hiring managers and the People team to raise the bar on candidate experience, build pipelines, and ensure every touchpoint with sunday feels intentional.

The freelance mission starts September 2026 and renews based on business needs. You’ll source across France, UK, and US, manage diverse roles, and optimize processes with metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition/recruiting, preferably in startups or high-growth companies.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with autonomy and ambiguity.
• Proven track record in sourcing and hiring great talent with a European/US network.

Responsabilités

• Drive volume and recruitment quality across a multi-site scope (France, UK, US).
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles (sales, operations, tech, etc.).
• Source proactively through LinkedIn, job boards, events, universities, etc. to build a strong pipeline.
• Optimize recruiting processes with best practices, tools, and metrics.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and guide interviewing and selection.
