Jobtailor is looking for a recruitment professional to manage the full recruitment cycle from briefing to closing in a fast-paced environment. You will source candidates, screen them by phone or video, conduct interviews, and promote the company to applicants.

With early-stage experience, you will support managers in defining hiring needs, apply proactive headhunting, and leverage AI tools to improve candidate experience while maintaining high standards of communication in English.

Qualifications

• Initial experience in recruitment (internship or work-study).
• Strong interpersonal skills for varied audiences (phone, video, in person).
• Enjoy a challenge with ambitious targets.
• Rigorous, organized and persistent.
• Proactive and curious about AI tools.
• Proficient in English.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: briefing, sourcing, screening, interviews, and closing.
• Support managers in defining recruitment needs.
• Conduct active and proactive sourcing: headhunting and outbound calls.
• Assess candidates’ skills via phone, video, and in-person interviews.
• Evaluate fit with the company’s business model.
• Present and promote the company to candidates.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment and candidate experience.
