Bigblue is hiring a Tech Talent Acquisition Manager in Paris to own end-to-end recruitment for critical technical roles across Europe. You will partner with Engineering, Product, Data and leadership to clarify needs, build robust interview plans, and accelerate hiring with data-driven improvements.

The role emphasizes high standards, collaboration with stakeholders, and a strong focus on candidate experience within a hybrid Paris setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including ownership of technical roles in fast-paced tech environments.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience from intake to closing.
• Proven ability to source and engage technical talent through direct sourcing, market mapping, and creative outreach.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to run efficient intake meetings, provide updates, and manage risks.
• Fluent in English (and ideally French) for cross-border collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of technical roles, from intake and sourcing to interviews, offers, and closing.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Data, and leadership to clarify needs, define must-haves, and build interview plans.
• Build and activate high-quality sourcing strategies including direct sourcing, market mapping, and referrals.
• Run structured TA screens assessing motivation, trajectory, fit, and culture alignment.
• Keep processes moving with clear cadence, feedback, and risk escalation.
• Improve assessment quality by building scorecards, question banks, and interviewer guidance.
• Use data to diagnose funnel issues and optimize the hiring process.
• Lead pre-closing conversations with compelling candidate pitches and closing plans.
