Vibe.co, based in Paris, is expanding its Talent Acquisition team to support 2030 growth targets. You’ll own end-to-end recruitment for Engineering and Product, partnering with hiring managers and building pipelines for data and ML roles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience running full-cycle technical recruiting in a fast-growing company.
• Experience building pipelines for specialized technical roles (Data, ML, Engineering).
• End-to-end hiring process management from outreach to offer.

Responsabilités

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering and Product roles, from intake to offer.
• Build sourcing pipelines for specialized technical profiles including Data and ML.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements before opening a search.
• Run structured candidate conversations and provide signal to hiring managers.
• Keep candidates informed and engaged at every stage of the process.
• Track pipeline health and identify bottlenecks to speed searches.
• Represent Vibe's culture and mission to candidates considering multiple offers.
