TEKsystems is seeking energetic recruiters in Paris to connect top IT consultants with exciting client opportunities. You will manage the full recruiting cycle, source, screen, and place candidates, and act as the main point of contact throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Recruit top IT candidates and serve as the main point of contact throughout the entire recruiting cycle.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants to match them with opportunities.
• Evaluate experience and opportunities of candidates through our screening process.
• Understand clients’ business and IT initiatives to match career goals of consultants with hiring needs.
• Negotiate compensation packages to attract and hire candidates for clients’ needs.
