Job summary

TEKsystems in Paris is seeking a Talent Delivery Team Lead to guide a pod of Technical Recruiters and Talent Specialists. This hands-on leadership role combines team management, coaching, recruitment delivery, and stakeholder engagement to drive performance and exceptional outcomes for clients and candidates.

You will partner with Sales to understand hiring needs, drive recruitment strategies, and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Talent Delivery Team Lead to lead and develop a high-performing Talent Delivery pod made up of Technical Recruiters and Talent Specialists.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll combine team management, coaching, recruitment delivery, and stakeholder engagement. You'll be responsible for driving team performance, developing talent, and ensuring exceptional delivery outcomes for both clients and candidates.

As a leader within the business, you'll act as the bridge between Sales and Talent, helping to prioritise requirements, remove obstacles, and create an environment where your team can consistently perform at a high level.

What You'll Be Doing

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Recruiters and Talent Specialists.
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, and development planning sessions.
• Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Support the onboarding and development of new recruiters.
• Act as a mentor and role model, setting high standards for performance and behaviour.

Delivery & Operational Excellence

• Manage workload distribution across the team to ensure delivery priorities are met.
• Partner closely with Sales teams to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies.
• Drive recruitment performance through daily team meetings and regular business reviews.
• Support escalations and provide guidance on challenging hiring situations.
• Ensure a high-quality experience for candidates, contractors, clients, and internal stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management

• Build strong working relationships across Sales, Talent, and Support functions.
• Participate in client review meetings where appropriate.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to support office strategy and business objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor on market trends, talent availability, and hiring insights.

Market & Talent Expertise

• Stay current with technology hiring trends and labour market intelligence.
• Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRM tools, and other sourcing technologies to identify and engage top talent.
• Build and maintain strong talent networks to support current and future hiring needs.
• Share market knowledge and best practices across the wider business.

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing.
• Previous experience leading, mentoring, or developing recruitment teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to balance business priorities and delivery performance.
