Spiko is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead hiring for our Tech & Product teams as we scale across Europe. You’ll act as a true headhunter, building a sourcing engine and crafting a candidate experience strong enough to win top engineers, product managers, and other key hires in a competitive market.

Reporting to the Head of People & Talent, you’ll partner with founders to define roles, optimize the interview process, and implement scalable TA practices as Spiko grows in Paris, London,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with genuine headhunting (direct sourcing, market mapping)
• Proven track record hiring for Tech & Product roles (engineering, product, design)
• Excellent English skills; French is a plus but not required
• Experience in fast-moving, early-stage startups
• Strong stakeholder management; can challenge and align founders
• Data-informed approach to recruitment (pipeline metrics, sourcing channel performance)
• High ownership mindset and bias for action

Responsabilités

• Proactively source passive candidates for Tech & Product roles and beyond.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline ahead of need with market mapping and targeted outreach.
• Own full-cycle recruitment from calibration with hiring managers to offer.
• Design and run structured, fast-moving interview processes reflecting Spiko's pace.
• Ensure every candidate has an excellent experience with Spiko.
• Run calibration loops with hiring managers and founders on job descriptions, scorecards, and candidate profiles.
• Provide market insights to inform hiring decisions and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.
• Track and report on pipeline health, time-to-hire, and sourcing channel performance; identify bottlenecks and improvements.
• Help build scalable Talent Acquisition processes and tools as the company grows
