Spiko is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead hiring for Tech & Product and support other teams as we scale. You’ll own sourcing, build a robust pipeline, and act as a strategic partner to founders to attract top engineers, product managers, and designers.

You’ll design fast, structured interview processes, drive candidate experience, and continuously improve recruiting tools and methods. Paris-based with remote options.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with genuine headhunting experience (direct sourcing, market mapping, cold outreach), not only inbound/agency-fed recruitment
• Proven track record hiring for Tech & Product roles (engineering, product, design)
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken (French is a plus but not required)
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous, early-stage startup environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to challenge and align hiring managers and founders
• A sharp, data-informed approach to recruitment (pipeline metrics, sourcing channel performance)
• High ownership mindset and bias for action

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline ahead of need
• Implement rigorous headhunting: market mapping and targeted outreach
• Own the full-cycle recruitment process from calibration to offer
• Design fast interview processes that reflect Spiko's pace and standards
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
• Partner with hiring managers and founders on job descriptions and profiles
• Provide market insights to inform hiring decisions
• Track pipeline health and identify bottlenecks for improvements
