Spiko is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to own hiring across the business, partnering closely with all functions as we scale. You will act as a true headhunter, building a sourcing engine and candidate experience strong enough to win top talent across engineering, product, and beyond in a competitive market.

Reporting to the Head of People & Talent, you will design fast-moving interview processes and ensure an excellent candidate experience, while tracking metrics and continuously

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with headhunting expertise.
• Proven track record hiring for start-ups.
• Excellent English skills, French a plus.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, early-stage startup environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and bias for action.
• Data-informed approach to recruitment and pipeline metrics.

Responsabilités

• Sourcing and headhunting across the organization to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Own the full-cycle recruitment process from calibration to offer.
• Design and run structured interview processes reflecting the company's pace and standards.
• Partner with hiring managers and founders to align job descriptions, scorecards, and profiles.
• Track pipeline health, time-to-hire, and sourcing channel performance; drive improvements.
