Malt is looking for a Team Lead for the Project Partnering team in Paris. This role involves managing a team focused on generating business volume and optimizing client interactions in a hybrid work policy.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success Management or Consultant Recruitment.
• Strong client interface and commercial mindset.
• Organized, rigorous, and results-oriented.
• Experience in Project Management involving several stakeholders.
• Interest or knowledge in tech topics.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Qualify client needs using sector knowledge.
• Search for profiles on the platform.
• Deliver qualified profiles with compelling arguments.
• Support clients during the recruitment phase.
• Guide clients to be autonomous on Malt.
• Collaborate with the Key Account Manager during closing.
• Propose process improvements.
