JobTailor is seeking a Customer Success/Recruitment Specialist in Paris to qualify client requirements and drive successful placements on the Malt marketplace. You will advise clients and consultants, spearhead targeted profile searches, and collaborate with the Key Account Manager to close deals.

The role emphasizes ownership, client partnership, and continuous process improvements across recruitment activities in a fast-paced tech consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success Management or consultant recruitment within a consulting firm or tech industry.
• Strong client-facing and commercial mindset with ability to maintain a partnership-oriented approach.
• Organized, rigorous, and results-oriented.
• Experience or responsibilities in Project Management involving multiple stakeholders, with knowledge of technical topics or curiosity to learn about them.
• Languages: Native-level English.

Responsabilités

• Qualify and refine requirements expressed by large account clients, challenging them using sector and functional expertise.
• Ensure a targeted search for profiles on the platform and via other internal matching solutions.
• Screen candidates and present the strongest profiles to clients with compelling arguments in clear business proposals.
• Advise and support consultants and clients throughout the recruitment phase.
• Encourage and guide clients to become more autonomous on the Malt marketplace, similar to the role of a Customer Success Manager.
• Participate in the closing process in collaboration with the Key Account Manager.
• Propose improvements to processes and methods.
