Based in the Paris office, you will coach a small team, run semi-annual review cycles, and drive high-quality PD processes, balancing individual aspirations with client priorities and firm values.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent.
• 8+ years in professional services, HR, or people development.
• Strong stakeholder management and analytical problem solving.
• Excellent communication; fluent in French and English.
