Pardgroup France in Paris is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead market analysis, identify potential clients, and develop partnerships. You will promote services, assess client needs, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts, while maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to growth strategies.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, fluency in French and English, and willingness to travel locally.

Qualifications

Significant previous experience in a similar commercial role (3-5 years).
Knowledge of retail fit-out design and production sectors; retail project management/architecture preferred.
Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluency in French and English.
Willingness to travel locally.

Responsabilités

Conduct market analysis to identify and target potential client companies.
Generate new business opportunities by developing partnerships and fostering collaborations with prospective clients.
Promote and expand business through upselling and cross-selling of the company's services.
Assess and evaluate clients' technical requirements to propose suitable solutions.
Prepare, present, and negotiate commercial proposals and contracts.
Build and maintain client relationships through regular follow-up and account management.
Contribute to growth strategies coordinating commercial activities to maximize reach and results.
