Spencer Stuart in France is looking for talent to join our Research Team within recruitment and leadership advisory. You will work on global assignments with senior executives, contributing to leadership development and organizational culture projects.

This role offers the chance to develop talent assessment skills and an advisory toolbox, while building relationships with elite business leaders in an international Paris office.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from a competitive university.
• 3+ years’ work experience from another consulting firm or a corporate function with multiple projects and deadlines.
• International experience is an advantage as we are part of a global firm.
• Fluent in English and French (written & verbal).

Responsabilités

• Take ownership in client engagements to understand client needs and advise clients around talent and organizational setup.
• Gather information regarding industries and target companies, including identifying potential candidates and sources.
• Represent clients effectively and present market feedback, evaluations, qualified candidates and assessment work.
• Take full responsibility for search and assessment projects, partnering with clients and firm colleagues.
