Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to manage logistics for complex recruitment events.
• Experience in human resources or event management is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Identify and attract talented candidates for McKinsey's recruiting.
• Coordinate campus events including career fairs and workshops.
• Manage candidate progression through the recruitment process.

Multi-tasking and managing complex events

Formation
