tml Partners is seeking a Business Development Manager to spearhead a new period of international growth from Paris. You will lead BD strategy across continental Europe, collaborating with the EMEA BD Lead to drive client targeting, market research and pitches.

You will coach Paris and Brussels partners on profile-raising and BD plans, while line-managing a coordinator in Paris with scope for further expansion. This is a dynamic, international role within a leading law firm.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development within professional services.
• Strong ability to pitch and win client opportunities.
• Experience coaching and mentoring junior staff and coordinators.

Responsabilités

• Lead and execute client targeting strategies across continental Europe.
• Collaborate with the international group to drive BD strategy and execution.
