Magellan is seeking an experienced BA Team Talent Manager to lead HRIS transformations across onboarding, recruitment, mobility, training, performance, and compensation. The role blends HR business expertise with HRIS functional knowledge to drive solutions from requirements to go-live.

• Consulting and provide functional support across Talent domains from requirements to go-live
• Lead management of business and functional UAT
• Deliver change management and operational execution of strategy
• Oversee solution deployment and post-deployment support
• Drive HR data optimisation to improve operational efficiency
• Model and optimise business processes
• Participate in recruitment of future consultants
• Contribute to business development and pre-sales activities
• Maintain and deepen client relationships within the Practice and Group

HRIS transformations (Talent: onboarding, recruitment, mobility, training, performance, compensation) require a dual competency in HR business expertise and HRIS functional knowledge.

This role is aimed at an experienced BA Team Talent Manager.

YOUR MISSIONS

As a BA Team Talent Manager (M/F), you work on the following assignments.

• Consulting and functional support across one or more Talent domains (onboarding, recruitment, mobility, training, performance, compensation, skills, talent reviews), from requirements gathering and expression through to go-live


• Management of business and functional UAT


• Change management: operational delivery of the change management strategy


• Solution deployment and post-deployment support


• Optimisation of operational efficiency by driving HR data


• Process modelling
