Sourcing.sh is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (internship) to support end-to-end hiring activities in Paris. You will source, screen, and coordinate interviews, while maintaining accurate recruitment data in internal tools.

The role involves crafting recruitment content, collaborating on social media campaigns, and enhancing candidate experience. You will work on-site in Paris with the People team and hiring managers to understand talent needs and ensure timely, high-quality hiring

Role Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist (stage) is a full-time, on-site role based in Paris. In this position, the specialist supports end-to-end hiring activities, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating a smooth recruitment process. Daily tasks include posting and updating job descriptions, managing candidate pipelines, conducting initial interviews, and maintaining accurate recruitment data in internal tools. The role also contributes to employer branding initiatives, such as drafting recruitment content, collaborating on social media campaigns, and helping refine candidate experience. The specialist works closely with hiring managers and the People team to understand talent needs and ensure timely, high-quality hiring decisions.
