Job summary

Sourcing.sh is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (internship) to support end-to-end hiring activities in Paris. You will source, screen, and coordinate interviews, while maintaining accurate recruitment data in internal tools.

The role involves crafting recruitment content, collaborating on social media campaigns, and enhancing candidate experience. You will work on-site in Paris with the People team and hiring managers to understand talent needs and ensure timely, high-quality hiring

Qualifications

• Must manage full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating offers.
• Experience interviewing with structured, fair, and consistent processes.
• Skills in hiring operations and employer branding for job postings and candidate experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-functional collaboration.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in technology, data-driven tools; startup or tech experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and French, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Post and update job descriptions and manage candidate pipelines.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate next steps with hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment data in internal tools with accuracy.
• Contribute to employer branding through recruitment content and social media.
• Help refine candidate experience across the hiring journey.
